This page explains how Dealhalcyon handles the information you share when you browse our site or enrol in an online entrepreneurship course. If anything here is unclear, write to us and a real person will explain it plainly.

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting dealhalcyon.space, enrolling in a course or booking a coaching session, you agree to the terms laid out on this page. If anything here does not sit right with you, please get in touch before you pay for a programme — we would rather have that conversation early.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the state or territory where our registered address sits.

Your enrolment

Enrolment becomes confirmed once we receive payment and send you a welcome email with cohort dates and access details. Places in every cohort are capped, and we allocate them in the order payments arrive.

  • You must be at least eighteen years old to enrol, or have parental consent if younger.
  • The information you provide at enrolment must be accurate so we can contact you properly.
  • Cohort dates may shift by up to two weeks in exceptional circumstances, and we will notify you as soon as we know.

Using course materials

Everything you receive — video lessons, worksheets, templates, checklists and pitch deck samples — is licensed to you for personal and business use, but we retain the copyright. You are welcome to apply the frameworks in your own company; you are not welcome to resell or redistribute the raw materials as a competing course.

Sharing your login with anyone who has not paid for a seat is a breach of these terms and may result in access being suspended without refund.

Your conduct on live sessions

Our live clinics are collaborative and we expect everyone to keep it civil. Disruptive behaviour, harassment of other participants or repeated attempts to pitch products in the middle of a session will get you removed.

  • Keep feedback constructive — remember there is a real founder on the other end.
  • Do not record sessions without asking the group first.
  • Do not share another participant's commercial information outside the cohort.

Changes to these terms

We occasionally update these terms to reflect new services or legal requirements. When we do, the date at the top of the page changes and existing enrolments continue under the version that was active when they paid, unless a change is required by law.
