Idea to first customer in 90 days

Startup Launch Blueprint

You have an idea that keeps tapping you on the shoulder. The Startup Launch Blueprint turns that itch into a tested, revenue-ready business inside three months — with weekly live sessions, a founder community and frameworks borrowed from real Aussie startups that shipped fast.

12 weekly live workshops Investor-ready pitch templates Private founder circle

What you walk away with

By the end of the sprint you will not just have learned the theory. You will have a validated offer, a landing page that converts, an outreach script that books calls and a clear 12-month roadmap you can actually follow.

  • A validated problem worth solving
  • Your first 10 paying customers plan
  • A pitch deck you can send investors
What the course covers

Built for founders who would rather ship than study

The Blueprint is designed as a working sprint, not a lecture series. Every Monday you get a recorded masterclass running about 45 minutes. Every Wednesday you join a live clinic where we pressure-test whatever you are stuck on. Every Friday you submit a short progress note and get direct feedback from your coach.

You will use tools you already have — Notion, Canva, a Stripe account and a laptop. No coding required. No previous business experience assumed. Just an honest willingness to talk to potential customers before you build anything expensive.

  • Customer interviews script that gets people to answer honestly
  • Offer design canvas to price your product without guessing
  • Simple launch checklist covering domain, payments and legal basics

Where the real knowledge comes from

We have sat in the messy middle of early-stage chaos

Our coaching team has launched fourteen companies between them, shut down four, and sold two. That mix of wins and scars is the point. Nobody here is going to hand you a lecture about synergy — you get honest sessions with operators who remember exactly what it felt like to have $400 in the bank and a deadline on Friday.

Since 2018 we have run this programme with founders across Australia, from Hobart to Brisbane. The community alone has saved more than a few Sunday-night panic attacks.

01

Built by operators

Every module is written by someone who has shipped a product, missed a payroll and fixed it before lunch.

02

Small cohort sizes

We cap each intake at thirty founders so every question actually gets answered in the room.

03

Local-friendly examples

Case studies drawn from Australian startups, not just Silicon Valley folklore you cannot use.

04

Ongoing alumni access

After you graduate you keep a permanent seat in the alumni Slack and monthly check-in calls.

How the twelve weeks run

Your sprint, broken into six stages

The Blueprint moves in a deliberate rhythm. Each stage builds on the last, and nothing gets skipped just because you feel behind.

01

Week 1 — Set the ground rules

Define what winning looks like for you personally, set a realistic weekly time budget and get your workspace set up.

02

Weeks 2-3 — Interrogate the problem

Run eight to twelve customer interviews using our script, then map the pain points onto a single-page problem statement.

03

Weeks 4-5 — Design the offer

Shape a minimum viable offer, choose a price using the value-based worksheet and write the promise in one sentence.

04

Weeks 6-7 — Build the front door

Launch a lean landing page with a clear call to action, connect Stripe and install basic analytics that you will actually read.

05

Weeks 8-10 — Get first sales

Work the outreach list, book ten discovery calls, and refine your pitch based on what prospects push back on.

06

Weeks 11-12 — Prepare the story

Turn what you learned into a twelve-slide pitch deck and a 90-second verbal narrative you can deliver cold.

Inside the cohort

A look at what founders actually build here

These are snapshots from past cohorts — the rooms we worked in, the pages founders launched and the whiteboards that went through more rewrites than anyone planned.

Workshop

Kickoff weekend in Hobart

Thirty founders, one whiteboard wall and an unreasonable amount of flat white coffee to start the twelve weeks.

Prototype

First landing page goes live

A founder hitting publish for the very first time after three weeks of writing, rewriting and deleting the same headline.

Interview

Customer conversation day

Recorded practice sessions where founders run our interview script on each other before trying it with real prospects.

Demo night

Mid-cohort demo evening

Halfway through the programme each cohort presents a five-minute update to peers and gets tough, useful feedback.

Pitch

Final pitch rehearsal

The last session of every cohort is spent delivering the twelve-slide deck to a small panel of mentors and alumni.

Alumni

Graduation catch-up

Twelve months later, former cohort members return to share what actually happened once the course ended.

FAQ

Questions we get before every intake

If something is not covered here, send us a note and a real person will get back to you with an actual answer — not a canned response.

Ask us directly

Not at all. Around half of every cohort arrives with nothing more than a vague idea and a spreadsheet of scribbles. We cover the registration steps in week eight, once you have validated that the idea is worth the paperwork.

Plan for six to eight hours a week. That includes the Monday masterclass, the Wednesday live clinic and two to three hours of independent work. If you can only manage four hours, tell us and we will help you prioritise.

Yes. The frameworks for customer research, offer design and pitching are portable. The legal and tax module focuses on Australian structures, and we clearly flag which parts you would need to adapt for other jurisdictions.

Every clinic is recorded and posted within twenty-four hours. You can also submit questions in advance and we will raise them on your behalf during the live call so nothing gets missed.

No honest course would promise that. What we do guarantee is that by graduation you will have a pitch deck, a narrative and a clear list of the right kinds of investors to approach for your specific business model.

Absolutely. Founders move between tiers often, usually upgrading somewhere around week five once they realise how much momentum the live feedback creates. You simply pay the difference in the next invoice.
