Yes, and we actively encourage it. A 20-minute conversation is usually enough to work out whether a programme is worth your money. Write "coffee chat" in your message and we will send a booking link.
We do occasionally, for teams between six and twenty people. Send us a note with your team size, the skills you want to strengthen, and your rough timeline, and we will let you know whether we can help.
You can split any tier into up to three equal monthly instalments with no interest and no setup fee. Just let us know in the form or mention it on the call and we will send the paperwork. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Australian Eastern time. We also answer messages on Saturday mornings between 10:00 and 14:00, though replies may be slower on weekends. Urgent enquiries about an imminent cohort start are handled first.
