Our approach to refunds
We want you to feel confident paying for a Dealhalcyon course without a knot in your stomach. That is why we offer a clear cooling-off window on every cohort, plus a case-by-case review if something genuinely goes wrong on our end.
This policy applies to all paid programmes — Startup Launch Blueprint, Funding & Growth Accelerator, one-on-one coaching blocks and any future course we release under the Dealhalcyon brand.
Cooling-off period
You can request a full refund up until the end of the seventh day after the first live session of your cohort. After that point we treat the enrolment as committed and shift to a partial-refund structure.
- Days 1-7 — full refund, no questions asked.
- Days 8-21 — 50% refund of the tier price, minus payment processing fees.
- After day 21 — no automatic refund, but we will review special circumstances.
Requests and processing
To start a refund, send an email to dealhalcyon@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include your full name, the email you enrolled with and the cohort start date. We acknowledge every request within two business days.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Most banks clear the funds within five to ten business days, though international cards can occasionally take longer.
Circumstances we consider exceptional
Life does not always cooperate with a twelve-week commitment. If you have a serious illness, a family emergency or an unexpected deployment that makes attendance impossible, contact us with whatever documentation you are comfortable sharing. We handle these situations personally rather than hiding behind a rigid clause.
- Medical emergencies affecting you or an immediate family member.
- The sudden loss of the business you enrolled to grow.
- Force majeure events that make participation genuinely unfeasible.
When refunds do not apply
Refunds are not available if you simply changed your mind after the cooling-off window, if you were removed from the cohort for breaching our terms of conduct, or if you resold or shared course access in violation of the licence. In those cases we are glad to talk through alternative arrangements such as deferring to a later intake.
